I am Native New Yorker and a proud resident of the Great State of Florida for the last 6 years.
I decided to utilize my expert skills along with my New York "Lets get it done" philosophy to help provide my new community with the great reliable service they deserve.
I have always loved building and fixing things. knowledge is not enough without experience.
I have been in the restoration and construction industry for over 40 years. I started out as a union carpenter and was promoted to foreman in just two short years. I took advantage of all the education classes that were offered. In July of 1989, I started a Home Improvement company. I have had certifications and licenses in Mold Remediation, Water Damage and drying, Home improvement, Air Duct Cleaning, Home Inspections, Carpet Cleaning, and Odor Control.

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work. Our proposals included pictures of the work areas.
Once the proposal is accepted and agreed-upon, we will schedule and start and finish date.
